The ethics of irc: its ircops, channel ops, users, and its purpose.

The lacking of any ethical standard on irc seems to have left if it was even indeed present in the first place. Perhaps in the 80′s when irc was invented there was some ethic to it and the vast majority of it’s users. I am too young to have ever experienced irc or computers at [...]

First post! Buffer overflows on modern linux.

The past years i’ve had alot of issues in life, the past many years actually, though the most recent years have been quite horrific. Shelters, Jails, Group homes, Asylums you name it. I visted all 4 just in one year at the age of 15 and i’m 23 now so it’s not entirely a new [...]

About

Hello guys, I am Noah McNallie, aka n0ah of the arknet.

My actual website is http://n0ah.org but the blog is here to decentralize things a bit and to hopefully guarantee that it stays up, even when i’m on some escapade of mine in life and perhaps can not attend or pay for hosting.

The aim is for the blog to namely be computer related, though other topics will surely find their way into it.

You can always email me at my spam email spam@n0ah.org, and hope that i don’t miss it in the spam folder. Or you can contact me by some other means. Either way you may wish to get a more personal email for myself sometime in the future.

I can usually be found on freenode or efnet if i’m around. Using one of a few different aliases, which include but are not limited to ‘n0ah’ ‘WiNkY’ and ‘one28bit’. Multiple nicknames can be useful for various reasons,  such as efnet where there is no way to register a nickname.

I hope you enjoy the blog!
